Free Web Site Design - Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions form part of a legally binding contract between Smart Learning Solutions Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the company, and you, hereinafter referred to as the customer. By signing you are accepting and agreeing to the following:
2. The design and lay out of your new website is completely free of charge.
3. A set up fee of £399 plus VAT is payable upon acceptance.
4. The above amount is non refundable, and should be paid as soon as possible. No work on your site will commence until payment of the set up fee has cleared, and no domain name will be registered until such time as payment has cleared.
5. You have the right to cancel this contract, at any time, by providing us with 30 days notice in writing. There are no annual term contracts involved, but simply a 30 day rolling contract, the basis of which is formed by this contract.
6. There are no penalties for cancellation.
7. Your package consists of the following:
   
   1. A professionally designed website
   2. Use of a domain name
   3. Use of an e mail address
   4. Hosting of your website
   5. Maintenance of your website
   
   
8. If the requested domain shown above is not available when we receive your payment, we will, in consultation with you, provide an alternative domain name.
9. Text for your new website MUST be supplied in electronic format. Text supplied in any other form will be subject to a minimum surcharge of £100 in respect of additional labour.
10. The clause for text, applies equally to the supply of images for your website.
11. When you supply text in an electronic format, and there are any amendments to be made, at your request, to such text, by us, there will be a minimum surcharge of £5 per page, dependant on the volume of work involved.
12. Any images to be added to the website, or to be replaced from images previously supplied, at the time of viewing the site, will be chargeable from £10 per image, dependant on the amount of work involved.
13. Alterations to any images supplied, including blacking out areas of pictures, sharpening pictures, or other editorial work which involves the use of our graphic design department ( which is separate from the web design department ), on a picture supplied, and at your request, is subject to a minimum surcharge of £75.
14. All our sites are protected, and it is strictly prohibited to copy them or any part thereof without the express written permission of Smart Learning Solutions LTD. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
15. The search engine submission element of this package does not guarantee specific listings or placements within any of our affiliated search engines, but guarantees only submission of your site, for inclusion within the relevant engine indexes.
16. Where we are requested to devise text or find images from our own sources for your website, there will be an additional charge levied for this, which shall be agreed with all customers in advance, such charge will be reasonable, and will only be to cover the extra work entailed.
